RECIPE

* 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

* 1 cup Egg Beaters

* 1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

* 1/8 teaspoon Salt

* 1 teaspoon Vanilla or rum extract

* 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions:

Whisk together Almond Milk and Egg Beaters. Add instant pudding mix, salt, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Whisk for several minutes. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled. Serve.
