Dijon Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

This old Momma Cuisine recipe got an update and is the perfect recipe that is oh-so very simple to make but is high on its restaurant appeal. Weeknight meals need not to be boring and pantry ingredients can certainly pack a punch, especially with this recipe!

ingredients

4 thin bone-in pork chops

4 tablespoons dijon mustard

1.5 cup bread crumbs

0.5 cup parsley finely chopped

0.5 cup shredded parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons olive oil

0.25 teaspoons kosher salt

directions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, gently combine breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.

Step 4

Bake in the oven, uncovered for about 20-25 minutes until the bread crumb topping is golden brown and cheese is melted.
