1 ripe cantaloupe large dice

8 slices of prosciutto cut in half lengthwise

1 bunch of basil small leaves torn off

directions

Directions:

Place strip of prosciutto on a cutting board. Place cube of melon towards one end and wrap meat around melon. Place small basil leaf on top and then secure with a skewer.
