As a Native Texan, I visit The Texas State Fair every year at least once. They are known for frying all sorts of crazy stuff every year and was my inspiration for this recipe. We love bacon. We love fried foods. We love cream gravy. And we don’t like anything bland, so I’ve incorporated hot sauce in the egg batter, Creole seasoning in the flour mixture and jalapenos in the cream gravy. Crunchy, Creamy, Mildly Spicy and Bacony!
