I love "shaobing" style bread on the Asian street sammie trucks….flaky with sesame seeds….so decided to make my own from a can of flaky biscuits…worked great ! I like to use leftover turkey or chicken and combine it with a spicy tomato sauce , olives and raisins for a light picadillo style filling ! My husband and I like to travel and try street eats and diner fare when we can….we found shaobingin San Francisco area trucks and bakeries !
