After School Power Bites

I’m a huge fan of homework..said no one ever! Here is a great recipe that requires only 3 ingredients and is perfect to pack a power punch! Happy Eating!

  • 1 cup raw cashews, minced
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pits removed
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • teaspoons salt



Blend all ingredients into a blender and roll into 1 inch balls. Store at room temperature.
