- 1 can pineapple chunks or fresh
- 12 strips bacon
- sangria reduction
- olive oil
Slice dates open through the middle. Stuff a piece of pineapple, wrapped around with bacon. Insert toothpick. Fry in olive oil until bacon is well done. Drizzle sangria reduction.
