ingredients

4 Rome apples cored

1 cup diet ginger ale, diet Dr. Pepper or diet black cherry

directions

Core the apples and sprinkle cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar) down the center of the apple; then pour diet ginger ale over the apples. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit depending on how firm or mushy you like yours! After they cool down, take them out of the bigger pan and place them in individual bowls and cover with saran wrap. This way it is more convenient for you to grab one when you are hungry, and convenience is what makes it easier to be successful losing weight! They are great eaten cold or hot.
