ingredients

3 tablespoons ground almond meal

1 scoop organic whey protein powder ( I used vanilla)

1 teaspoons hemp seed

1 teaspoons baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 pinch cinnamon

1 large egg white

2 teaspoons almond milk

0.5 banana (save other half for garnish)

directions

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mash banana. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp. of butter. When butter foams, add 1 large spoonful to make silver dollar pancakes. Cook for 1.5 minutes on each side* Serve with remaining banana and drizzle with agave syrup. Enjoy! *Pancakes will look burned but it's just the sugars caramelizing from the bananas so don't worry!
