- 3 tablespoons ground almond meal
- 1 scoop organic whey protein powder, ( I used vanilla)
- 1 teaspoons hemp seed
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 large egg white
- 2 teaspoons almond milk
- 1/2 banana, (save other half for garnish)
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mash banana. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp. of butter. When butter foams, add 1 large spoonful to make silver dollar pancakes. Cook for 1.5 minutes on each side* Serve with remaining banana and drizzle with agave syrup. Enjoy! *Pancakes will look burned but it's just the sugars caramelizing from the bananas so don't worry!
