- 40 medium sized mushrooms
- 1 cup boursin cheese
- melted butter
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushrooms with cheese. Brush the mushroom caps with melted butter. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put under broiler for a minute or two when finished to brown tops. Makes 40 pieces.
We've dipped the mushrooms in melted butter before stuffing them - then brushed tops with melted butter. You can also chop some of the reserved mushroom stems and add them to cheese mixture before stuffing the mushrooms.
