Every now and then you take a look at your house and think, “OK, it’s time for a change.” So you roll some new paint on the walls, switch out the rugs and rearrange the furniture. Much like that urge to change your home, we decided it was time to give our virtual home a little redecorating. And so we’ve refreshed Kenmore.com with a new look and improved functionality.
So how have things changed? Let us count the ways!
First and foremost, the new Kenmore.com has a refreshed look that puts more of our content in one place. From product to blog posts, everything is easily accessible from the Kenmore.com home page.
Secondly, we’ve made it easier than ever to shop the full catalog of available products. Simply click on PRODUCTS at the top of the screen to see a menu of all our appliances and other products. Which brings to us the next big change: completing the purchase.
When you want to purchase an item that you see on the website, you’ll be directed to Sears.com to complete the transaction. You’ll experience the same great service and easy shopping experience, but our friends at Sears will be handling all the details.
We know that shopping online isn’t for everyone. And we’ve designed Kenmore.com with that in mind. The store locator function of the website will direct you to the nearest Sears, K-Mart and Sears Outlet stores.
We’ve also made it easier than ever to get in touch with us. By selecting the customer care tab at the top of the website, you can access information on shipping and delivery, warranty and returns, and repairs and services. Plus, you can use the contact us feature to get in touch with us directly.
