  • 1 bag of hash-brown patatoes
  • 1 pounds monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 pounds whipping cream

directions

Step 1

Poor 1 bag of hashbrown potatoes into a 9 x 13 pan

Step 2

Sprinkle shredded monterey jack cheese over the top

Step 3

Pour whipping cream evenly over the cheese and potatoes

Step 4

Bake in oven at 350 for 1-1.5 hours (Longer for a crispier, brown topping)
