Chef Brian Schreiber shares his recipe for homemade chocolate dipped strawberries!

- 6 Large Strawberries
- 12 ounces Dark Chocolate Morsels
- Fried Basil
- Sweet Smoked Paprika
Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. Place onto a silpat or parchment paper and garnish with your choice of garnishes. I like one of each, myself! Let the chocolate set at room temperature, or if you're in a hurry, pop them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
