Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 pieces sandwich bread
- Pinch kosher salt
- 4 tbsp. butter
- ¼ cup Nutella (or other chocolate spread)
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into thin slices

- 1 Make French toast: Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and salt in a bowl large enough for dipping bread. Dip sandwich bread into eggs, coating both sides. Melt butter in non-stick pan and cook bread on both sides until slightly golden. Remove from heat and spread Nutella onto 4 slices. Arrange thin layers of banana on top of Nutella. Top with slice of plain French toast; place finished sandwiches on sheet pan. Keep warm in warming drawer, or warm oven until ready to serve.
