The challenge for the Kenmore Fall 2012 Blogger Summit: Make a Brioche, given the dough prepared by Chef Katy Wyer from Telegraph. We came up with a great combination of bacon and chocolate. This was by far one of the most delicious items tasted throughout the day and came with lots of ooohs and ahhhhs! Amount of bacon can be doubled or removed completely to fit your taste buds. Definitely more is better when it comes to the bacon. Photography by Wendy Wright, @ChoosingLoveAZ.

- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cup caramel by Katy Wyer
- 1 MSR 7 salt

directions
Step 1
Katy's dough was already prepared for us. Prepare your dough if you do not have the pleasure of Katy Wyer cooking for you. Roll out the dough on a prepared surface with flour.
Step 2
Lightly salt the dough and add a dash of caramel.
Step 3
Fully cook bacon and drain. Spread evenly over the dough and top with chocolate chips.
Step 4
Carefully roll it tightly. When done, slice into equal sections and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Watch carefully so it does not burn.
Step 5
Add a few chocolate chips to the top and lightly add additional caramel. Enjoy!
