A delicious side for any meal!

- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 package Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
But your stick of butter in a 9x13 casserole dish, and put it in the oven until the butter is mostly melted. While you are melting the butter, open & drain your whole kernel corn.
Remove 9x13 dish, add all of your ingredients and stir with a spoon until everything is mixed together. (Be careful, the dish is hot!)
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes. ENJOY!
