I had this at a party once several years ago. I didn’t know what tha actual recpe was so I just made it up by just taste and it is a hit with my family!

- 4 Green Giant white shoepeg corn, drain 2 cans and keep the juice of the other 2
- 2 Rotel original tomatoes with chilis
- 16 ounces philladelphia cream cheese
- 2 sticks of butter
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and just heat until all cheese has melted smoothly. Serve with tortilla chips while still warm. This can also be cooked in a microwave or on a stove top. Enjoy!
