- 4 thin bone-in pork chops
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- fresh cracked black pepper

Step 1
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, gently combine breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.
Step 4
Bake in the oven, uncovered for about 20-25 minutes until the bread crumb topping is golden brown and cheese is melted.
