  • 1 cup frozen green seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup english cucumber, small dice
  • 1 cup organic kale, washed and dried
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 medium granny smith apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoons spirulina powder, optional
  • 1 teaspoons chia seeds
