- 7-1/2 ounces black beans, canned, drained & rinsed
- 20 ounces Frozen corn
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeno, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
- 1 lime, juiced

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Serve chilled
