Fig and Maple Bourbon Jam

Need I say more? This jam would taste good on a flip flop! So easy to make and great idea to give as gifts. Happy Eating!

1 pounds fresh black mission figs quartered

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

directions

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, toss in all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and let simmer for 45 minutes. Carefully puree ingredients in a food processor and put into a glass jar. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
