- 3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 sheets gelatin or 6 table spoons powdered gelatin
- 6 pansies
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites

Panna Cotta
Line four ramekins with pan spray, nut butter (it will harden). Disolve gelatin into one cup of the cold milk for 15 minutes and then heat until gelatin is completely melted. Scald remaining milk with vanilla and honey. Stir in goat cheese until it melts. Stir in gelatin and immediatley mold into ramekins. Chill overnight
Candied Pansies
Brush pansies with egg whites lightly with a paint brush. Dip pansies into sugar; shake off excess. Let dry overnight.
