ingredients
- 1/2 pounds box of spaghetti noodles, cooked
- 1-1/2 cup sliced, cooked ham
- 1-1/2 cup julienned zucchini
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
directions
Step 1
Take the cooked spaghetti and make sure it is cool.
Step 2
Toss in the ham, vegetables, cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Taste for seasoning.
Step 3
Serve warm, cold or room temperature.

You can add your favorite mix of protein and vegetables and make it your own.
