- 4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 Package Sugar-free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1 tablespoons Vanilla or Rum Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
Whisk together Almond Milk and Egg Beaters. Add instant pudding mix, salt, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Whisk for several minutes. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled. Serve and enjoy.
