- 1 jar of Gourmet Fusions herb garlic marinade
- 2 plain yogurt
- 2 lemons
- 1 cucumber
- 1 ounces sugar cane juice
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
directions
Peel and seed diced cucumber. Clean and chop fresh dill. In blender, add yogurt to the juice of 1 lemon. Blend together taste for balance. Add more lemon juice if acid is needed or more sugar cane juice if it needs to be sweetened. Arrange veggies and chips on platter, place a bowl of the herb garlic marinade in the center for dipping.
