Herbed Goat Cheese Balls

I love creating lite bites for my guests before a large dinner is served. This is the perfect bite that pairs well with a crisp white wine and will keep those hungry folks satisfied. Happy Eating!

3 tablespoons chopped herbs parsley, rosemary, dill

3 tablespoons chopped nuts walnuts or pistachios are great

1 jar pitted green olives

directions

Directions:

Toss chopped herbs and nuts into a medium bowl. Remove a small scoop of goat cheese and form into a ball. Make a thumbprint and place olive in the center. Form goat cheese around the olive and then roll into the herb mixture. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
