Directions:

1 sprig thyme 1 sprig rosemary 1 sprig oregano 3 cups good quality olive oil 10 pink peppercorns Wash and thoroughly dry the herbs. Gather into a bunch and tie. Place in a jar or bottle and add the olive oil. Place a secure lid on top and allow to infuse for a minimum of 24 hours.
