Homemade Non-Alcoholic Summer Minty Mojita

ingredients

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup palm sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

directions

Bruise the mint leaves by rolling and pressing on a counter top or cutting board. Add all the ingredients to pitcher. Top with water and mix. Serve over ice.
