  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard
  • 1/2 Red Cabbage
  • 1 Nappa Cabbage
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 bag Shredded Carrots
  • 1 bag Blue Tortillas
  • Dressing below
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Gourmet Fusions Red Pepper Chipotle
  • 1/2 cup Ancho Chili Powder
  • 4 ounces Sherry Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Sesame Oil

De-Stem and blanch swiss chard and kale. Dry both greens thoroughly and rough chop. Thinly chop red cabbage and nappa cabbage. Rough chop cilantro. Add carrots and all of the greens together. Add in as much dressing as you like, you can cut some of the heat by lowering the amounts of Ancho Powder or chili oil. Lastly cut tortillas into thin strips and fry then until crispy. Garnish with tortillas.
