- 1 White Rice
- 3 Water
- 2 7 ounce cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/7 ounce can Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup Horchata mix
- 1 stick Canella (Mexican Cinnamon)
- 1 (3 full scoops) Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 Banana
directions
Soak rice in water with cracked cinnamon sticks for 3 hours. Add sweetened and condensed milk. Check sweetness level, add sugar if needed. Chill Horchata for 24 hours.
Place 1 cup of Horchata, 3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream and 1 ounce of banana and pulse in blender. Pour into 12-ounce cup and garnish with cinnamon sugar.
