ingredients

1 pounds boneless chicken cut into 1/2-in strips

1 teaspoons ginger paste minced

1 teaspoons garlic paste minced

2 tablespoons sour cream

0.5 teaspoons salt adjust to taste

0.5 teaspoons garam masala

0.5 cayenne pepper

0.5 teaspoons turmeric powder

0.13 teaspoons red food color

1 tablespoons cooking oil

Method

Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl -mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 8hrs. Thread the strips of chicken along the length on the skewers. Broil in an oven on the top rack for 6 minutes on each side; or bake the skewers for 12 minutes turning once. Serve hot.
