- 1 pounds boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-in strips
- 1 teaspoons ginger paste, minced
- 1 teaspoons garlic paste, minced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoons salt, adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1/2 cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoons red food color
- 1 tablespoons cooking oil
- skewers, for threading chicken

Method
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl -mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 8hrs. Thread the strips of chicken along the length on the skewers. Broil in an oven on the top rack for 6 minutes on each side; or bake the skewers for 12 minutes turning once. Serve hot.
