  • 1 pounds boneless chicken, cut into 1/2-in strips
  • 1 teaspoons ginger paste, minced
  • 1 teaspoons garlic paste, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1/2 cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons red food color
  • 1 tablespoons cooking oil
  • skewers, for threading chicken

directions

Method

Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl -mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 8hrs. Thread the strips of chicken along the length on the skewers. Broil in an oven on the top rack for 6 minutes on each side; or bake the skewers for 12 minutes turning once. Serve hot.
