Kenmore Appliances Are Now Available on Amazon
For more than 100 years, Kenmore has been committed to making our customers’ lives easier. From designing washers and dryers that can take on bigger loads to introducing smart technology to air conditioners, refrigerators and other home appliances, Kenmore uses technology and innovation to bring convenience into American homes. And now Kenmore is partnering with one of the world’s largest online retailers to make appliance shopping easier.
We are proud to announce the launch of Kenmore appliances on Amazon.
“This collaboration is the first of its kind for Kenmore, broadening its accessibility to the next generation of American families,” says Tom Park, President of Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard brands at Sears Holdings.
This announcement marks the broadest distribution of Kenmore appliances outside of Sears stores. Launching with the new Kenmore Smart Air conditioner, the distribution on Amazon is planned to be expanded to the full line of Kenmore home appliances in all U.S. market segments. In addition, with Kenmore purchases on Amazon, Sears Home Services and Innovel Solutions will provide white glove service for delivery, installation and extended product protection for a full range of home appliances.
In addition to making shopping easier, Kenmore is also making it easier to use our appliances. The new line of Kenmore Smart appliances are fully compatible with Amazon Alexa. The Kenmore Smart skill for Amazon Alexa allows customers to control their Kenmore Smart home appliances by simply asking Alexa. Customers will be able to change the temperature on their air conditioner without leaving the sofa by saying. Simply say, “Alexa, tell Kenmore Smart to set my air conditioner to 70 degrees.”

The rollout of Kenmore appliances on Amazon will occur in phases. Soon, new items will be added in select markets, with a goal of a full U.S. rollout by 2018.
