Lite Bite Appetizers: Prosciutto Wrapped Melon

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe, large dice
  • 8 slices of prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 bunch of basil, small leaves torn off
  • 6-in bamboo skewers



Place strip of prosciutto on a cutting board. Place cube of melon towards one end and wrap meat around melon. Place small basil leaf on top and then secure with a skewer.
