- 1/2 cup lychee nectar or juice
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Combine & Mix
In a small saucepan, heat lychee nectar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lychee/sugar mixture, vodka and lemon juice and shake well for 30 seconds to 1 minute to chill drink; strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve immediately.
