Oatmeal Protein Snacks

We are currently training for the Nike San Francisco Women’s Half Marathon and I want our clients to have healthy alternatives pre and post workout.

ingredients

3 large ripe bananas, pureed

1.5 cup organic gluten free oatmeal

3 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoons organic vanilla extract

2 teaspoons organic cinnamon

3 tablespoons organic shredded low sugar coconut

3 tablespoons organic almonds chopped

Preheat oven to 350 for 10 minutes

Spray cookie pans with non stick spray

Place bananas in large mixing bowl

Place in Kitchen Aid use the wisk attachments, wisk until creamy

Add remaining ingredients into the bowl

Fold in all of the remaining ingredients

Scoop out onto pan with ice cream scooper

Bake in the oven approx 10 minutes. Double the batch and keep in the freezer for healthy snacking through the week.
