  • 2 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • paprika

directions

Step 1

Layer vegetable ingredients in an oven safe casserole dish. Season with salt & pepper. Pour can of over mushroom soup evenly over veggies.

Step 2

Bake until veggies are tender.

Step 3

Serve with cooked white or brown rice.
