0.5 cup mung beans sprouted

0.5 cup lentils sprouted

0.5 cup adzuki beans sprouted

0.5 cup garbanzo beans sprouted

1 cup carrots shredded

Method

Mix the mung beans, lentils, adzuki beans, garbanzo beans and carrots in a bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Make sure there is double the amount of olive oil to lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
