- 1/2 cup mung beans, sprouted
- 1/2 cup lentils, sprouted
- 1/2 cup adzuki beans, sprouted
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, sprouted
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- olive oil, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste
directions
Method
Mix the mung beans, lentils, adzuki beans, garbanzo beans and carrots in a bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Make sure there is double the amount of olive oil to lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
