Squash Gratin

October 26, 2015 by MommaCuisine

During the holidays, people usually are set on the main components of their holiday meal. Whether the main dish is a turducken, prime rib, ham or lamb, it is usually the side dishes that people find hard to think of to complement the main attraction. My recipe for Squash Gratin is not only a beautiful dish, but it is extremely simple and inexpensive to make at home.
