Thin Mint Ice Cream Shake

Those delicious cookies we buy from those sweet little Girl Scouts every year have now been added to a chocolate shake! Talk about a sweet treat to satisfy your comfort food craving. Happy Eating!

2 large ice cream glasses

1 sleeve thin mint cookies

1 mint chocolate chip ice cream

2 cup whole milk

directions

Directions:

In a food processor, grind up of the sleeve of thin mint cookies. Set aside. Add ice cream and 1 cup at a time of whole milk to a blender and puree mixture until desired thickness is achieved. Sprinkle in a couple of tablespoons of the crushed thin mints into the bottom of the glasses then pour in milkshake mixture. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with remaining crumbled cookie. Serve with extra thin mints. Happy Eating!
