Watermelon Margarita with Chili Salted Rim

When those hot summer months creep upon us, what better way to cool down than sipping on a tasty watermelon margarita? This recipe requires you to toss your ingredients into a Kenmore blender and just enjoy the fruits of your labor. Happy drinking!

ingredients

2 cup cubed seedless watermelon save rind for garnish

0.5 cup silver tequila

0.25 cup triple sec

2 teaspoons agave syrup

3 limes juiced and divided

1 cup flaked sea salt to rim glasses

1 tablespoons chili powder

directions

Directions:

In a large Kenmore blender, puree watermelon cubes, tequila, triple sec, syrup, and 2 Tbsp. lime juice, and pinch of salt. While the margarita is blending, rim glassware for service by dipping glass into lime juice, then into salt and chili mixed together. Toss in ice cubes and then pour margarita mixture over ice. Serve with watermelon garnish. Happy drinking!
