Chef Andres Dangond of L20 and Alinea shares his recipe for white chocolate soup with fresh berries!

- 1 cup cream
- 100 grams white chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc)
- 2 mint leaves
Heat the cream in the microwave or in a sauce pan and put the chunks of white chocolate and stir until completely melted. Put in the fridge until cold. In a small bowl place the mix of berries and pour as much of the white chocolate sauce you want and decorate with mint leaves. Enjoy!
