- 4 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice cooking wine
- 1 teaspoons canola oil
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided

Mince garlic. Chop shiitake mushrooms finely.

Make sauce. In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce and rice cooking wine.

Boil enough water to cook pasta in a saucepan and cook pasta followed by the package directions. When the pasta is cooked, drain in a colander and put into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil to the bowl and toss to coat well.

While the pasta is cooking, in a skillet, heat canola oil and cook garlic over medium-low heat until lightly brown. Add ground turkey and cook until brown. Add shiitake mushrooms and scallions, and cook for about 1 minute.

Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Stir in the sauce and add black pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, stir together cornstarch and water then add to the skillet 2-3 additions stirring constantly.
