Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Granola

Granola will never go out of style and there are certainly a million ways to make it. My recipe for Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Granola is perfect for the fall and winter months and when stored in glass jars, it makes a great gift for neighbors, co-workers and friends!

ingredients

1.5 cup old fashioned rolled oats

0.5 cup pumpkin seeds

0.5 cup chopped pecans

0.5 cup sweet shredded coconut

0.5 cup dried cranberries

6 MSR 3 honey

1 teaspoons ground cinnamon

0.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg

1 tablespoons butter melted

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

In a large bowl, gently toss all the ingredients together with a spatula, wooden spoon or your hands.

Step 4

Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool and store in an air-tight sealed container.
