Deconstructed Sidecar Jello Shot

ingredients

4 grams Gelatin

1 tablespoons Caster Sugar

0.67 cup hot water

1 ounces Hennessy black

1.67 ounces Lemon Juice

1 ounces Triple Sec

directions

In mixing jug add Gelatin, Caster Sugar . Stir. Then add 2/3 cup of hot water. Mix with hand blender. Add 1 oz of Hennessy black to a glass. Add 1 2/3 oz of Lemon Juice to a glass. Add 1 oz of Triple Sec to a glass. Add the same amount of gelatin mix to each glass. Pour 1/3 of lemon juice mix split between 3 shot glasses. Freeze for 30mins (until jelly) on a slant. (At this point I will have already have a prepared and set 1 layer shot, a 2 layer shot and a final version). Repeat with triple sec mix in same shot glasses and then Hennessy Black mix. Move to refrigerator to store. Serve with espresso spoon/tasting spoon/olive pick.
