Before & After: Judith’s Updated Kitchen
When looking for a new home, finding perfection can be nearly impossible. And so more often than not we look for “good bones” and then take it from there. That was the case for Judith Balis in Boise, Idaho. Judith found a house that checked two things off her list – location and those aforementioned good bones – but left others unchecked. This gave Judith the opportunity to design a new kitchen complete with Kenmore PRO appliances. Check out the amazing transformation . . .
Says Judith about her redesigned kitchen: “We fell in love with the bones and location of this house, but it was in need of a little facelift to bring it in to this decade. The original configuration was a little tight and funky shaped which wasn’t really ideal for the way we live and entertain, so we bumped out the exterior wall 6 feet in order to allow us enough room to add a big center island, and relocate the wonderful new gas cooktop to the perimeter wall.”
Judith’s formerly dark and dated kitchen is now brighter and more modern. “I love the drama of the two toned cabinets,” Judith says of the remodel, “the classic beauty of the cabinet and hood design, the funkiness of the brushed gold accents, and of course, my Kenmore PRO gas range.”
And of course no kitchen renovation would be complete without new appliances. Judith chose Kenmore PRO appliances for her remodeled kitchen. “The Kenmore Pro line is my ‘go to’ for all of my kitchen projects,” Judith says. “I love that is has the clean lines and visual drama of a big expensive commercial range, but it is very budget and user friendly. I tell my clients that it’s the most ‘bang for their buck.'”
Thanks for sharing your kitchen renovation, Judith!
