- 1/2 cup Main Street Bistro Mashed Potatoes, (cold) or left over mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons stone mill kitchen dip, Spinach, Artichoke
- 12 16-20 Shrimp, peeled
- 1 Pizza Crust, Whole Wheat 12 inch
- 1 large tomatoe, 1/2 and then sliced
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped
- 1 tablespoons grape seed oil
- 1 tablespoons kosher salt

Directions
In a large bowl combine, salt, oil, sliced tomato and onions with the torn basil. Allow this to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes Pre-heat your skillet and saute the shrimp in a small amount of oil Layout the whole wheat crust pre-baked and spread evenly the warm Resers Mashed Potatoes, and Spinach Artichoke Dip. This is the bottom layer and the substance of the base. Once the shrimp are cooked evenly arrange the shell fish around the top of the pizza. Cover the shrimp with the marinated vegetable salad, drizzle with grape-seed oil and finish with kosher salt.
