Assemble these spooky but delicious Nutter Butter Ghosts with the whole family for Halloween!

- 1 pounds Nutter Butter cookies
- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Melt your white chocolate
Break your white chocolate into small pieces. Put them in a glass bowl. And nuke at 50% power in your microwave at 30-second intervals. Stir between each interval. Your chocolate should be fully melted, smooth and creamy in 2 minutes.
Assemble your ghosts
Dip the top end of each Nutter Butter gently into the white chocolate and place side-by-side on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Then make ghost eyes by placing two mini chocolate chips on each face. Tada! Let them set a while (place in the fridge to speed this up), and you're good to go.
