Peanut Butter Banana Sushi

This is such a cool way to serve your kids a healthy snack that will power them through their day. I love eating these right before a workout too!

1 whole wheat tortilla

1 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1 banana

1 tablespoons cacao nibs


Step 1:

Lay tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread peanut butter on tortilla and place banana close to one edge. Add the cacao nibs and tightly roll up. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes then slice into 1" rounds. Serve immediately.
