Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups

When the kids get home from school and they need a quick bite to keep them up and running to power through their homework, this easy recipe will satisfy the pickiest of eaters. Oh, and don’t worry, I snuck in some veggies too! Happy Eating!

2 cans cresent dough

1 package mozzerella sticks cut in half

2 small packagers turkey pepperoni

1 jar plain marinara sauce

2 cup spinach

1 cup steamed broccoli

directions

Directions:

* Preheat oven to 375* * Unroll crescent dough and place triangles on parchment lined cookie * Top with 4 slices of pepperoni * Top with one half of the mozzarella stick * Roll up and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano * Place in oven for 12-15 minutes * While roll ups are baking, place 2 cups jarred marinara in a food processor with the spinach and broccoli. Puree until combined. * Remove the roll ups from the oven when they are golden brown and let cool. Serve with sauce. Happy Eating!
