- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- teaspoons grated nutmeg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease donut pans with butter and set aside. Place remaining ingredients in a stand mixer and beat on medium speed until combined and no lumps remain. Spoon batter into molds filling halfway. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on a wire rack then cool completely before glazing. Glaze recipe below. Glaze: 2-3 cups heavy whipping cream 8oz. cream cheese 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1 cup powdered sugar Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer until well combined. Dip tops of donuts in glaze and top with sprinkles.
